Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AiGEO website (aigeo.global) and application (“the Service”) operated by AiGEO (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service
AiGEO is a software platform that provides marketing visibility tracking and insights across SEO, AI (GEO), social media, and local presence. The Service includes dashboards, monitoring tools, scoring, competitor comparisons, content suggestions, and AI-powered assistance.
AiGEO is software only. We do not provide marketing services, agency work, or implementation on your behalf.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account registration and security
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete information.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately at help@aigeo.global if you suspect unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of unauthorised use.

5. Subscriptions and payment
5.1 Plans and pricing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, plan features, and billing frequency are detailed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
5.2 Billing
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Payments are processed by third party payment providers.
5.3 Price changes
We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days written notice. Changes apply at your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to new pricing, you may cancel before the next cycle.
5.4 Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact help@aigeo.global within 14 days of the charge.
5.5 Free trials (if applicable)
If we offer a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting help@aigeo.global.
Upon cancellation:
You retain access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
Your data will be retained for 90 days after the end of your subscription, then deleted (unless required by law)

7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property
8.1 Our property
The Service, including all software, design, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by AiGEO and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.
8.2 Your content
You retain ownership of any content you provide (business information, website URLs, profile data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
8.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.

9. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to those policies.

10. Third party data and accuracy
10.1 Data sources
The Service aggregates publicly available data and data from third party sources (search engines, social platforms, directories, AI systems). We do not control these sources.
10.2 No guarantee of accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data, rankings, scores, or insights are complete, current, or error-free. The Service provides indicators and guidance, not guarantees of outcomes.
10.3 Third party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those platforms.

11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will meet your specific requirements
Results, rankings, or visibility will improve
Data will always be available or accurate
The Service will be free from bugs or interruptions

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AiGEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for actions you take based on data, recommendations, or insights provided by the Service

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiGEO, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party rights
Content you provide through the Service

14. Service availability and changes
14.1 Uptime
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
14.2 Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
14.3 Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice and allow data export where feasible.

15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
Good faith negotiation between the parties
If unresolved within 30 days, submission to the courts of Dubai, UAE

16. General provisions
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AiGEO.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice within the Service at least 30 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
